Bharat Tex 2024: Dolphin Rubber Industries Showcasing Excellence

Dolphin Rubber Industries proudly participated in the grand Bharat Tex 2024 event held in New Delhi from February 26 to February 29 and showcased our premium quality rubber mats at an exhibition stall, contributing to the vibrant tapestry of offerings presented at Bharat Tex 2024. As India’s largest global textile event, Bharat Tex 2024 unfolded with the promise of showcasing the best of tradition, technology, and innovation in the textile industry. Organized by a consortium of 11 Textile Export Promotion Councils and supported by the Ministry of Textiles, the event aimed to position India as a global powerhouse in textiles, emphasizing collaboration, innovation, and sustainable practices. The formal inauguration by Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi added to the event's significance.

Spread across 22 lakh square feet of exhibition area at two venues-Bharat Mandapam and Yashobhoomi, the event witnessed participation from over 3,500 exhibitors. Over 3,000 buyers from 100 countries explored the diverse offerings of the Indian textile industry. More than 50,000 trade visitors attended the event.

Inspired by the 5F Vision of the Honorable Prime Minister focusing Farm, Fiber, Factory, Fashion, and Foreign markets, the Bharat Tex event covered the entire textile value chain. It emphasized India’s readiness to take on global competition, creating textile products not only for India but for the entire world. The exhibition encompassed the entire textile ecosystem, including high-street retailing, apparel, home furnishings, floor coverings, fibers, yarns, threads, fabrics, carpets, silk, textiles-based handicrafts, and technical textiles.

The event featured Sustainability and Recycling Pavilions showcasing actual work done by the industry, including clusters like Panipat, Tirupur, and Surat. Indi-Haat highlighted India’s traditional sector of handicrafts and handlooms. Fashion Shows were spread across four days, covering diverse themes from Indian textile heritage to sustainability and global design. The exhibition also included Art Demonstrations featuring master craftsmen, Interactive Fabric Testing Zones, and Product Demonstrations, alongside a Global Fashion Trends Showcase. The event lived up to its name, weaving together tradition, trade, technology, and textile expertise.

While the curtains have closed on Bharat Tex 2024, its impact is likely to be felt for years to come. The event has served as a springboard for India's textile ambitions, fostering innovation, collaboration, and a renewed sense of pride in the country's rich textile heritage.
